Welcome to the elegance of NATURE

MARBLE

Marble is one of the most dazzling and noble materials offered to us by nature, formed over millions of years under intense heat and pressure. With its unique patterns and colors, it provides a distinct aesthetic. Challenging time with its durability, cool touch, and shine, it both pampers your living spaces and adds value.

ONYX

Its semi-translucent structure interacts with light to create a mesmerizing visual spectacle. It is frequently used in backlit applications.

TRAVERTINE

Known for its warm tones and characteristic porous structure. It adds a warm, Mediterranean vibe to both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Quartzite

Formed from the metamorphism of sandstone (rich in quartz). It offers the look of marble's veins with a durability close to that of granite. It is highly resistant to scratches, acids, and heat, making it an excellent natural choice for kitchen countertops.

GRANITE

Extremely hard and scratch-resistant. It is often preferred for kitchen countertops and high-traffic areas.

LIMESTONE

Has a softer and more homogeneous structure. Its pastel tones make it ideal for creating minimalist and serene spaces.

The Marble Journey

EXPLORATION & QUARRYING

(FIELD RESEARCH)
Marble's journey begins with extensive research by geologists and engineers to find the right vein and ensure quality. Modern wire saw machines or diamond wire technology are used to extract the natural stone in massive blocks without damaging it. This stage is about obtaining the raw masterpiece with minimal impact on nature.

BLOCK INSPECTION & TRANSPORT

The massive marble blocks extracted from the quarry are individually inspected and classified by our experts. They are then transported to our processing plants on specially designed vehicles.

SLABBING

(CUTTING - GANG SAW)
At this stage, the enormous blocks are cut into thin "slabs" using massive circular or gang saw machines. This is a critical process requiring the most precise touch of modern technology. The thickness and cut of each slab are determined by engineering calculations based on the desired final product.

SURFACE FINISHING

(POLISHING & TEXTURING)

This is the stage that gives marble its character and soul. The slabs undergo different treatments based on the desired aesthetic effect:
Polished: The classic, glossy finish. It reveals the marble's colours and veins in their deepest and most vibrant form.
Honed: A smooth, satin-smooth, matte surface. Perfect for modern and minimalist spaces.
Flamed: High heat is applied to the stone surface, creating a natural, non-slip texture. Ideal for outdoor applications.
Patinato (Brushed): The surface is brushed and slightly worn with special tools to create a soft, textured, antique appearance that mimics the passage of time.
Leather Skin: The surface is textured under high pressure to create a soft, velvety, and highly tactile finish. It offers more character than a honed finish with a softer look than a polished one.
Tumbled: The surface is lightly abraded to achieve an aged, vintage look.

QUALITY CONTROL, REPAIR & RESIN FILLING

Each slab is inspected down to the finest detail. Any natural tiny voids or fissures are filled with coloured epoxy resin to enhance strength and visual integrity. This is an art that preserves the stone's natural beauty while guaranteeing its durability.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Each meticulously processed marble slab is packaged with special corner protectors and cushioning materials to protect it from damage during transit. It is shipped in accordance with national and international standards to ensure it arrives safely at your project.
